Visited this location to buy dinner, we ordered and applied the toppings to the sandwiches and payed with a coupon. Minor issues with the coupon but that's ok! Mistakes happen, we are human! Overall great service with a nice and friendly cashier lady who said she was quite new which can explain some of the issues which is ok because you can't be perfect at the beginning! Overall the sandwiches were great will definitely come back Vegetarian options: Many sandwiches with vegetarian approved toppings. You can ask them about the vegetarian options if needed Parking: Park on the side near the sidewalk there is space for your car or go into the parking lots very close by.
All around 1 star. The two girls working today had no customer service skills. Lazy. Rude! I don’t recommend this subway. Take the drive. There food is old my bread was hard and I didn’t even get it toasted. I won’t be back here. **not to mention certain coupons don’t work here** that does not make any sense if there all on the same page and not expired. Poor management.
This location is flat out awful with poor customer service. I walked in all staff were in the back & was not greeted. When someone finally came out I still was not greeted but another customer entered whom seemed the employees knew was greeted with a “Hi, How are you doing?” A second employee then walked out with a disdain look upon her face. I then was asked about my order. The entire duration of my order the two employees were carrying on a lengthy conversation with the customer behind me, which included how the customer was putting them to work bc she had a large order. Multiple times the employee taking my order started conversing with the other customer & worker to the point where every time I told her what I wanted on my sandwiches she forget & had to ask multiple times. On the fourth time, I asked if she could stop talking to the woman and focus on my order instead so I would not have keep repeating myself & my order could be completed. She then said under her breathe “ “Let me calm down” as if she was getting amped up or had to calm herself from doing something she might regret later…I then explained to her I just wanted her full attention on my order. Her attitude remained. Every time I asked her to put something on my order she put the least amount to where I had to keep asking her for a decent amount of ingredients. At checkout I said “ Thank you, have a great day” where again I was greeted with silence. Which saddens me because I have been coming to this subway for years & have been delighted with its services until a full new staff had been implemented & I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this rude behavior. I usually don’t even make complaints but this was unacceptable. Proper training and supervision is much needed at this location!!!!
The lady working the day I went in was by herself and it was very busy and and she was great, never showed how overwhelmed she was and made each sandwich with a smile. If I owned a business i would hire her with out a doubt. I gave her a 10 dollar tip if I had more cash on me at that time I would have given all of it to her.Food: 4/5
Unfortunately this location was out of Meatballs, jalapeno bread and hadn't made any cookies to go with the free cookies when you purchase a meal as thr trays were not even out. They also didn't prepare any of the fresh juice that they advertise which is nice when for people trying to avoid Soda. I think it's important to mention that I didn't go in between meal times as my visit was at noon. sandwich I did get was good and my overall experience was positive it's just too bad I had to settle for something completely different than what I wanted. :
They send coupons and when u get to location they said that can't be used to this location .. never heard such a thing... never coming back to this locationService: 1/5
Hello would like to submit a complaint in regards to a gift card refund at Colton, CA store with an overcharge..only got kid sub but was charged a juice and applesauce that we did not ask for. Then the girl did not know how to refund gift card. The staff was holding up line and made Me wait about 30 min making my daughter and I late to an event. Refund not received or voided transaction
What a experience. I walked in to see four ladies standing & chatting with each other. I was not greeted and no other customers were inside.I have had to greet them but I got no answer. I was standing ready to order, the person who help me either had a hearing issue or an attitude problem I’m sorry I have interrupted your conversation I had to repeat everything I was asked while ordering. Ladies please do the work you were hired to do which I think it’s help the customers with their orders!!!
The staff are lazy, Google maps indicates store front open at 8 yet staff keep door lock until 820am. After trying to open door call store 3 times staff stand around talking. Then when I pull out the parking lot the open sign turns on ridiculous. Some people either hate their job or have no clue how to treat people let alone paying customers.
I order on the app from here all the time and the two ladies that work there, Day and Jasmine, always go above and beyond to ensure my order is fresh, delicious, and correct. They are always polite, hard-working and positive! I hope that this store properlu appreciates the two great assets they have!
