I stopped at Subway in Homestead, PA before a concert needing to be quick and still get a good meal. They have a nice restaurant there connected to a pharmacy. It was clean with friendly and quick service. The food was very good and prepared with care. I recommend this location. Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a ramp going to the door.
The guy making the sandwiches was nice. However, the chicken wrap was the only thing I ate all day, threw up multiple times. Couldn’t eat anything else after the wrap.Food: 1/5

I ordered delivery directly from the subway website. To my surprise the order got delivered by door dash. My order came without the drink and cookies. I reached out asking for a refund and have not heard back. I do not recommend getting delivery. I also found hair in my sandwich. Not sure I’d return to this location after this experience.
Update 2: been over another week and still no refund. The food that was prepared had hair in it that matched my sandwich artist. Again this is a reflection on this franchise and its owner. Update: this is a reflection on the franchise not the company. Called back regarding refund and spoke with manager. She said she'd talk to owner. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received my money back.... For what it's worth the manager seemed nice. After ordering my food I came on here to leave a 5 star review. While I typed up my review I discovered a sanitation issue that prevented my family from being able to eat the food we had just purchased. I brought this to the workers attention and was offered a replacement sub. I explained that sanitation issue could have impacted other deli meats/cheeses/etc and declined a remake. For a refund I was told to go on the website. Subway doesn't have a refund page on their site that I could find. In the end I spoke with the owner and she said she would make things right. For that reason I've withheld details on here. It was just a frustrating experience all around. And it could've been prevented by requiring an item of apparel as part of uniform.
Eh, music was super loud then one of the workers were sitting down playing video games on his phone just as loud. No wonder it was empty. Also he didn't stuff everything in the sandwich so everything fell out. Is any subway in this area good?

So myself and one of my individuals I care for went in there today and the woman behind the counter had such a bad attitude and was very rude to us both but especially my individual who even herself noticed and spoke to me about it. If you have issues then you should find other work. Another employee came in and she was rude to her as well.
Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup from their website. When my husband picked up the sandwiches mine was incorrect. I ordered a flatbread double meat oven roasted chicken sandwich with provolone, fresh mozzarella, pickles and cucumbers. What they made was an Italian on flatbread with provolone, pickles and cucumbers. No extra meat, incorrect protein, and no fresh mozzarella. When my husband asked for a replacement they said they don't do that. They also said they were out of flatbread and did not carry the fresh mozzarella. I want to know what makes it ok to charge someone for the sandwich but give them something else entirely? We paid for the extra cheese and the extra meat. You can't just give people random sandwiches and charge them for it and then not even apologize. We get sandwiches from there often because of work and more often than not they have been incorrect. I usually let it go, but this time getting a completely wrong sandwich, being charged for what was ordered but not received, and getting attitude from the staff just left a sour taste in my mouth. For as often as I have ordered from this store I will be taking my money elsewhere. Because I work hard and don't appreciate getting attitude over something that should have been an easy fix and that should have never happened in the first place.
