I pulled up and the worker was in the back hugged up with her boyfriend. I parked to go inside and there was three people laid out like they were on drugs and I couldn’t find the worker! I did take a video because I couldn’t believe what I saw and I left and went to another subway! I have never experience anything like that!!Atmosphere: 1/5
The person behind the counter was very friendly and informed us respectfully that they do not take coupons at that location this would be a five-star rating if they did take coupons. She was there all by herself. I wish I had gotten her name but she was much nicer than the previous Subway we went to. And as far as the other most recent review for this Subway the complaint that she didn't wash your hands between changing gloves is silly because it's the gloves that protect the food not the hand washing!
The subway website stated this subway was open until 10pm. Go there at 9:20pm and it's lobby is closed so you are forced to use the drive thru. The lady working asked if we had coupons. I answered yes and she said "we don't accept coupons." I proceeded to order a sandwich and she went back to the coupon thing. I told her "I know" and proceeded with the sandwich order.....she kept asking about the sandwich after saying hold on and before finishing sandwich number 1 she asked if there was another sandwich....but then said hold on. Then she said rudely "I am having a hard time hearing you." I was loud. I said nevermind and left. Appears she didn't want to take an order at all.
Went into the Subway on 188th and Stark street last night to get subs. Before I even started to order the counter person saw the coupon in my hand and told me that they don't take Subway coupons anymore... WHAT!!!! I had to go to a different store farther away. Why mail out coupons if your stores don't have to take them...
Okay so they get 3/5 because they made everything correct except for the fact they missed the Black Forest ham I was supposed to have in my Italian BMT all I got was salami and pepperoni and the veggies I wanted. Kinda tastes different without the ham.

This is the best Subway location on the East side of the river. The employees are extremely quick made my two footlongs in just a couple minutes, and super nice and professional. Everything in the restaurant was perfectly clean, including the extra comfy chairs and couch they have, and the ingredients were fresh.Food: 5/5
Just ordered a foot long sandwich got only a 6 inch and it was made so nasty the items were cold and just gross do better subway on starke this sandwich was disgustingFood: 1/5
As Subway's go this one was below average. I order the same sandwich every time I go to subway and it gets made several ways sometimes it exceeds my expectations and sometimes I have to beg just to get my money's worth. I order a sandwich with minimal lettuce and a lot of pickles pretty simple when you consider how many veggies are available. So when I say a lot of pickles and they put 6 or 7 on as happened on this visit I don't consider that a lot on a footlong with no other veggies on it. I asked for more and he put 3 more on it, I didn't want to beg so I said fine. Then he actually reminded me the machine was going to ask me for a tip. FOR WHAT the kid barely managed to do the job he was being paid to do much less going above and beyond which is what a tip is for. I am from the generation that tips to reward performance not to pay wages In all this visit was not one that would have me return in the future or recommend to others. I will continue to go to Subway as usually I get a sandwich worth the money and most the time I get help that deserves a tip just not this time at this location.
This is the slowest subway I have ever been to. It's happened multiple times where I have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 min before having my order taken. They said I needed to wait for the person ahead of me in the drive thru, but after that person was finished and drove away it took them over 7 min to even come to the mic I said hello twice and no response. When it came time to finally pay for my food the cashier was completely rude. Didn't apologize for the long wait, didn't explain or even mention sorry about that the lobby is busy, she said nothing. It should be mandatory for each shift to have 2 people on front counter, and 2 people working drive thru to be working efficiently. 30 min wait times in the drive thru is unacceptable.
