Veggie salad. Extremely small portioning. I continually ask for more of everything as my salad was being made. Where's the lettuce? I order these often and the page overland location doesn't have a very friendly crew in my opinion. Servers seemed to be having a bad day. However, All ingredients were fresh.
1pm 12/16/21 Light skin girl with terrible energy. Idk maybe she was smiling under her mask, I didn't ask...Instead of asking what I wanted to order she stared at me until I said something and was clearly bothered that I was at Subway ordering a sandwich during business hours. I probably would have ordered more toppings but all of her containers were empty. Didn't want to inconvenience her with having to refill them. Decent sandwich and poor customer service per usual. I'll be back to inconvenience her or someone else soon
I am not going back. They were super busy and only had two workers. I was fine with waiting as long as needed for my two sandwiches. As soon as a customer would walk out the man who seemed more experienced and in charge would cuss and talk bad about the previous customers. I understand that it can be stressful when things get busy, but that is no excuse to treat your customers poorly.
Come here often and the food is always great. The place is usually kept clean and the staff is friendly. During today's visit I noticed that gloves were NOT being changed and no form of hair nets were worn. Please do better during a pandemic...Aside from that always a great experience
This was by far the worst subway experience I've ever had. The gentleman who I assume was the manager was very rude. He used profanity like it was part of subway policy. As more customer's came in he became even more rude slamming things down steady cursing it was a young lady working and she had a scary look on her face as the guy that was working began throwing containers and being rude to his customer's. I will never go back to this subway even if its the only thing to eat within 20 miles I'll go hungry before I ever go to this unprofessional place.
The skinny child with the tattoos was so rude I just walked out and left him with sandwiches on the counter… I tried to smooth things over with him but he was just in a nasty funk…. My co-workers warned me not to go there but how could 75 people, all be wrong? They were all so right!!! I won’t be back; EVER!!! The count is now 76 that won’t be back to bother him about making sandwiches…
OMG, I stopped at this restaurant in Overland Plaza to get sandwich and I don't know what was going on with the workers. They were very unfriendly and had attitudes, especially the two ladies. The first lady that was making the sandwiches wasn't smiling at all and seemed like she was kind of snappy when asking the customers what kind of sandwich to make for them. The second young lady wasn't smiling, but seemed a little upset. The cashier Jay was the only one who didn't have an attitude, but by looking at him, he seemed a little uneasy with whatever was going on with the other two. I was informed from him that the workers from Rainbow kept coming there to use the restroom. I guess the two ladies were upset because of that. If that's the case, why take that energy out on the customers? Myself and other customers felt tension in that place. How I know is because someone mentioned it to me that they noticed the same reaction for the workers.
The two ladies that were there were sweet and kind, very helpful, asked a whole bunch of questions about what I wanted on my sandwich.it was real customer service not the fake stuff that's out there most the time and I will go back.
I love Subway. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I would have given it 5, except sometimes, the cookies are not always freshly baked the same day like they tell us they are. I absolutely love the oatmeal raisin cookies./ & eat them all the time. So I know when they're fresh from that day or from the day before. They taste and feel totally different and nasty. Other than that, I love Subway.
The food was good as Subway usually is. BUT the lady working behind the count was very rude to her co-workers and showed it to the customers. And she showed zero enthusiasm for her job. She needs to find a different line of work.
