This branch operates 24 hours and that’s a plus. Another positive is that it is spacious inside. It is excellent for dine-in. The parking is also enough on both sides especially the front side. Those are triple positives. Vegetarian options: My veggie patty is my choice. Parking: It’s a great place in many considerations. I also liked the service of the shy, young ladies though other reviewers complained about the service. I can’t complain.

9/27/23 Approximately @ 1450 On lunch from work, stopped by here. As soon as I got to the front, I was taken care of. Mia I asked for her name this is what I was told lol Made my sandwich perfectly. She was on POINT 100%. While I sat and ate my sandwich and enjoyed my lunch, she didn't stop working AT ALL. She emptied the trash, cleaned, made another sandwhich for a customer, took out boxes and trash all in the timespan I sat and ate. Multiple trips. I've been here before usually at around 2am after work and honestly, best employee here by far. NEVER seen someone at a subway just nonstop doing things. DEFINITELY will return because if she can work like that for the company, i know my food will be made correctly, and the atmosphere will be good. This location consistantly provides solid service. My most recent visit pleasantly exceeded my normal expectations. I rushed away from the register without my free cookie. The employee called me back, asked me which cookie I wanted, and happily made my day by handing over my delicious carrot cake cookie!
Cynthia was working on February 1 when we stopped by for dinner. We ordered 2 footlongs, and asked if we could get soup instead of chips with the combo meal. She said we could, and then proceeded to charge us $4.25 per combo instrad of the $3.25 listed on the menu board. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, she shrugged, and said, "That's what the computer came up with." I said, "Well, it's $1 more per meal than what's listed, and I need to know why you're overcharging me." She got defensive, and said, "I don't know. The computer comes up with the price." I asked to speak to her manager. She replied that her manager was not on site. I said, "Then I need her phone number." Wordlessly, she goes to the back, gets her cell phone, and proceeded to call her manager. She then tells me, "The price is higher because you're getting soup." I have a problem with this in a couple of respects: first, it's not reflected on their menu in the combo price, nor is it reflected in terms of substitutions. Second, Cynthia never told me that there would be a price difference if I ordered soup, which she is obligated to do when ringing me up. This particular franchise engages in bait and switch and price gouging, which is never a good business model. Cynthia also never gave me my receipt so I could complete the online survey of follow up with the restaurant.

Disgusting service, she dropped the ingredients from the sandwich twice
This place needs to train their employees on acknowledging customers when walking in. I feel invisible and they got one person making sandwiches while the other in the back doing who knows what but not taking care of customers. Super slow service and it's not even busy location.
The service here is beyond bad. I am surprised by the staff that is hired here. Rude is not even a strong enough word to describe them. They act as if they are doing you a favor. Better management is definitely needed.Food: 1/5
