I pull up and the employee is smoking emptying trash. She goes in and mops the floor. Sounds good right? She puts on gloves and begins making sandwiches with out washing her hands!!! Total turn off. I won't be back. Sad because the day before the employee from Houston Texas was perfect and friendly.

The lady who works night is freaking horrible and rude and I spent $8 on a salad and it was not even full and waited an hour!! After I got home to call and complain I got HUNG up on! Which I did not see how much lettuce because it’s a chopped salad an when she dumped it in the bowl she was behind the cookie stand where I could not see and I had a 5 year old with me!!!

Food is great and service is (usually) good. There's only one problem and it's a major one. Deb, who sadly believe is the manager, is always complaining and telling at employees. And it's not just one, it's all of them. She degrades and talks to them like trash as if they were stupid. I've NEVER seen anyone do anything wrong (yet I don't work there, I'm talking about the visual aspects). I feel extremely bad for this staff having to work under such an unmotivated "leader". It's so annoying and distracting, I'm gonna start going to the next Subway.
