Yes, this place totally sucks. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sketchy employee's that seemed out of it. Horribly managed. Let's please hire some competent management!!!!!

The food quality is just as good as any other Subway, but the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. One worker in particular (didn't catch his name, but he was young, thin, and wore glasses) was quite rude to me when I politely and patiently asked him to correct a mistake. He flat out refused and told me to fix it myself. Meanwhile, the manager just stood there like it was nothing. His attitude was so disrespectful that I will make a point to not go in if I see he is working.

Over the course of the last few months I've visited this specific subway 4 times. All 4 times the ice machine has been inoperable/ out of service. This wouldn't be a huge deal 1. If I was warned ahead of time, 2. If it wasn't hot as balls outside, 3. If I didn't have to buy a drink to use my coupon, or 4. The guy working up front hadn't have been so rude when I asked about it. I simply said "is the ice machine not working sir, or do I need to wait for you to fill it". He got a little huffy about it and said "if it's clogged it's clogged I don't know what to tell you". I get it he's frustrated by the machine he's probably been dealing with it for a while since its been broken for freaking ever but he could've been more considerate of his customers. I was a little annoyed also since I am forced to buy a drink to use my coupon. A drink that will be warm and flat in minutes.
