I came to this particular Subway today for the first time on November 1, 2017 and I was serviced by two Latino/Hispanic men and I ate my delicious sub that they had prepared for me!

This used be my favorite Subway, but when a new cashier insists you ordered turkey instead of tuna then proceeds to hand you the next customer's 6" tuna, after you tell her 3 times that your ordered a tuna footlong and watched the guy make it, then there's a problem. 

The bigger problem occurs when the guy who sees you in their shop several times a week decides to give you a speech In front of other customers as if you did something wrong. Calling me out like that rather than training the newbie to listen to the customer just caused you to lose my business.

Train your employees that the customer is always right and if they just ordered a tuna footlong and watched the guy make it there's no point in arguing.

I enjoy making an occasional visit here.  The staff are extremely friendly, and some are bi-lingual (English & Spanish).  I recommend their service and product to those seeking a great sandwich.
