I had a horrible experience at Subway. I purchased a double chicken salad, with ranch dressing that cost me $8.07. My salad was very, very, soggy as if were old. I told the cashier of my complaints, and asked if I could get a sandwich instead, she said she would have to ask the manager. The manager told me that I could only get a six inch sandwich, but I was not allowed to choose a sandwich that I preferred. The manager told me I could only get the sandwiches that cost $4.00, and the $4.00 that was left over would not be compensated for anything else. Not only was I denied my own choice of the sandwich I wanted to eat, I was not allowed a refund or compensation. There was no sandwich that I found favorable on the list they said I had to choose from, so I ended up without any food, and they kept my $8.07. I will never spend a penny in that subway, or any other subway for that matter. Buyers please beware.

I have received excellent customer service from this Subway and I give special thanks and appreciation to Satvir C. for the patience and understanding she demonstrated when I called each time to place my catering orders.  

Satvir made sure that she knew what I wanted and my order was on time for pick-up.  Everything was as ordered and an excellent presentation.  The bread was so fresh and everyone enjoyed their lunch!  Thank you, Satvir!  See you again soon  :)
