Jeanne was rude and dismissive. She looked at my wife and I with such distain you'd think we had killed her cat or something. The food was normal Subway quality and the service was terrible. Lots of other options in the food court, so choose a different one.

I'm a picky eater and Jonathan made my sandwich better ham perfect. He and Ash were superb!!! It's my first time in the city and I was skeptical about where to eat. Thanks a bunch!!!

Overall good experience today. Male associate was a little off which pulled down my star rating. But the female manager made the experience exceptional. Very friendly prompt attention. At Subway it's hard to get it wrong when you are the one directing How It's Made. So the food was superb.

Taylor is the best, very perfessional and quick. My two steak and cheese footlong subs were outstanding. My wife loved her salad. Thank you Taylor hang in there 😊
