This is the worst Subway I have ever ordered from. I ordered from them a week ago for our team in which the total over $100.00. I called in the order at 10am for a 12:30pm pickup. When I arrived, I was told it wasn't ready and one staff member when as far as to say that he wasn't tol about the order and put blame on the other staff. I called in an order today thinking they were having a bad day last week. I got back to my office only to find out they messed up on my order AGAIN. I had ordered two tuna sandwiches and one turkey with basic ingredients. On my sandwich, it was turkey with jalapeno peppers. Everyone in my office knows I can't eat spicy food. I called back to the store to tell them of their mistake and the gentleman said, "I made your sandwiches myself and I know I put two tuna sandwiches in your bag." He was very rude and I told him that I was looking at our orders and there was only ONE Tuna sandwich. He argued with me and stated that he did. Very unprofessional! This location needs serious training on hospitality skills and I will NEVER eat there again. Nothing against Subway as a brand, but this store is horrible.

Only "ONE" employee working the counter at 7:00 tonight. Waited 10 minutes and they finally got to the customer in front of me and she orders "SIX" footlong sandwiches. Ridiculous-I know the customer ordering 6 sandwiches is not your fault, but only having one employee working the counter at 7:00 is. And what about the safety of your employees. I never saw another employee their the whole time I was there.

One person working on a Friday at 6. I've been in line 12 minutes and only 2 people in front of me. Only one has ordered a sandwich! Just need some cookies! :)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in today and was COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED by an older woman working there. She not only MOCKED ME in a squeaky tone, but she also stared me down in a very threatening way for a good 5 minutes while toasting my sandwich. She screamed at me when I didn't tell her what kind of bread I wanted. It also took 30 minutes to get my sandwich. DO NOT EAT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND DISRESPECT
