Staff is unfriendly, untrained, dining area is unclean, cookies are burnt and there was no chip selection. Worst subway in multiple states I've ever visited.

I'm guessing the owner & his wife were working the store tonight by the way they were dressed so you would think the food would be made great, RIGHT?! NOPE! He acted like it was an inconvenience to actually do anything & make the sandwich right! Normally there's 2-3 ladies working at night which are always really sweet, actually listen to the customers & food is great but not the case tonight! Will not go back if he's there. Might just go to a completely different one all together. Really disappointed!! Do not recommend Ruth st subway at all!!

Staff had no customer service the restrooms were filthy the drink machine has mold in it and they didn’t a lot of options for bread or toppings
