Terrible service. No soup and no ranch. Never had a poor experience at a subway until now

Im glad that I disregarded the rating and posts. It was clean, and the service was excellent!

This subway has good service but it has gone down hill it was so dirty in there. There was cheese in front of the glass case by the layer of chips. The tables were dirty  I think that they need a manager to help with organizing and keepin the place clean. Because I feel they care about customer service and not cleanliness or have the subway is presented to the public

My friend was charged $18 for a sandwich because he got extra meat. They charged him at least $5 extra. This place is a rip off.
