If I could rate this place in the negative I would!!!!!!!! Just went in here they didn't have anything!!!! Then I'm the only person in here and 3 young guys are sitting there talking not acknowledging me I'm trying to order he tells me to hold on while he talks to his buddy for 5 minutes . Then I ordered he still didn't get anything still sitting here talking then when he's done he gets my breads out for 3 sandwiches and goes back to talking. He pours mustard all over my husband's sandwich I asked him to take it off he said to late I should have taken a pic it was half the bottle (him trying to be a smart ads because I asked for extra japs and his lazy ads didn't want to walk 1 ft to get a new bind out) . I never have ever in my life been treated like this and I'm from Memphis that's saying alot!!!! Who ever owned this franchise should be aware of what's going on in this store I will never come here again and from the looks of it that's why no-one is here in the first place I will be handing these sandwiches back when ever a manager arrives this is the safest excuse of a subway

It took way too long to make sandwich. staff was standing still on phone when oven went off for the toaster. The only staff working finished the sandwich of the person behind me before mine, leaving mine to cool off on the counter. spinich looks wilted and gross. Other than the horrible customer service this was decent.

This subway is absolutely ridiculous! We walked in with a big order, about 8 sandwiches. The lady behind the counter refused, i repeat, REFUSED to make the sandwiches because it was just her and she said it was too big an order. Ok what if 10 people just walked in, are you going to tell them no? No, I don't think so. We will never be returning to this subway and this kind of makes it hard to go to any other subway. If this is the service we are going to get we will just go to jimmy johns.

This guy Steve is working alone and is a complete bad ass. Making sure everyone is happy. As he's busting ass taking our order people are walking in; he acknowledge them by greeting them. Dude has great people skills. Wish subway was like this everywhere.
