Jordan, the branch manager is absolutely horrid to all of her employees. She asks them to do things in the back WHEN THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF HELPJNG CUSTOMERS!! She really needs to get her priorities in order. Waited for nearly 45 minutes to get my footlong and when I received it it was completely wrong and soggy. Terrible service. Terrible manegment.

Slower than a slug crawling through molasses!! We were the first in line and waited 40 min for 2 foot longs! They were out of bread and the bread they resorted to giving us was burnt and crushed apart but they still wrapped it and tried to give it to us anyway. 😡 The staff caters to the drive through window even if you walk in before a car pulls up, and one of the employees just stood watching and didnt help, saying she was on drive and veggies only. The customer behind us had 3 sandwiches and had to wait for bread to get done, they didn't set his bread aside and ended up giving a bread to drive-up! There is no sense of urgency anytime we try this place, it's a joke.

My sandwich was great, but they were slow. I didn't wait long though, but I comment on that because if there was more than me and the other customer that was there, there would have been a wait. The daily specials are a good buy.

I don't think I've ever left a bad review on anything, but I'm hoping this subway can improve. It's been so bad that we drive to Spanish or Payson instead of going to this local store. I made the mistake of going again, today. The service at this location is terrible. The drive thru and the line inside are slower than any restaurant we've ever been to, including sit down restaurants. I've actually driven away twice because no one has ever come to the intercom. The sandwiches are the worst we've ever had, and my family really likes subway. They are always out of bread, too. I think my biggest complaint is the way one of their employees makes the sandwiches. I think she's a manager because she's always there. I feel bad, because she's nice, but it's awful. She doesn't listen to how you'd like your sandwich, and she literally throws things on it in a giant ball. I've stressed "small amount" of something and she puts on a disgusting handful worth. It's so bad, we drive by and if we see her, we go elsewhere. Again I feel bad, because I think she just hasn't been trained...or something??? I made the mistake of going there today, and she made the sandwiches. I was already hesitant so I begged her to put just a TINY bit of mustard. It looks like she put the entire bottle. We actually couldn't eat the sandwiches today, even after scraping it all off. We won't be returning to this subway. I know my daughter and her highschool friends don't go there for lunch because of similar reasons. It's too bad.
