I came in and waited a few minutes because no one was behind the counter. I was accidentally standing at the wrong end of the counter, when a woman came out and said "My line starts over here." rudely. I apologized for being confused and told her my first sub. As she finished it I told her I have another sub and before I could get the words "..Italian mel.." She nearly yelled "On What Bread!?!" As if she had asked me multiple times. As soon as I answered her the second woman interrupted me to ask what I wanted on my first sub I told her, and when I finished the first woman asked me what I wanted on my second sub, I told her what I wanted and when she put everything on it she slid it to the other woman and walked away. I told her I needed a third sub, which they had not given me an opportunity to tell them yet, the first woman YELLED, "How Many More Subs Do You Have!?!" At this point after being treated so poorly, being spoken to harshly for several minutes, being made to feel like such an inconvenience to them, all while holding my sleeping toddler, I walked out without my Subs. I would understand their frustration if I had been difficult or they were busy, but I felt I was being very polite especially considering how they were acting, and there was only one person behind me in line. This subway is the closest fast food to my house, I eat there at least once a week. However, I had no problem driving a mile down the road further away from my house, to Jimmy Johns where I was treated like a human being.
