We were having our family Christmas party and chose to have subway as the food for the party. I looked obline and called the Corporate catering to make sure I was ordering something everyone would enjoy. We decided on the classic combo platter. I called the subway in Eutaw Alabama, (1000 County Road 208, Eutaw, AL 35462) that is closest to my brothers house on 12/13/2017 to make the order. I was told to call back on Saturday morning while the manger is working, and it was the day before platters were needed. I agreed. I called back on 12/16/2017. I ordered 2 classic combo platters and 1 fixings platter. When I stopped in the subway at 1000 County Road 208, Eutaw, AL 35462, to pick up the platters at 3:00pm on the 12/17/2017. I waited in line about 10 minutes; The person working behind the counter called her manager and then the manager walked her through how to ring up the items. The 2 trays for classic combo was $76.00. (2 platters @ $38.00 each) so the price I expected. Then she added 3 bags of chips at the cost of $3.57 and 1 bag of chips for $1.00. Then something happened with the receipt. She had to call her manager back to ask about receipt. She then rang up the fixing platter (which ended up being 2 boxes of lettuce, 1 box tomatoes and 1 box of pickles) at $10.00. This was not what I expected from looking online but went with it, and then asked about the 4 bags of chips. Was I suppose to get 4 bags of chips? The kind employee was not sure, she had to call the manager on the phone again. I was then told I would not get chips that was the way they had to ring it up because that was the cost of the platters. I stated the price of platters online was $38.00 each. That is what their own cash register rang up. 2 platters at $38.00 each for $76.00. So what was the extra charge for? The employee gave me her phone, at this time I spoke with the manager, Anisha. The manager told me the cash register had not updated and ringing up the chips was the way to charge me the correct amount. I explained that was again, not the price online or what their own register rang up so she was admitting she was charging me extra by paying for chips? She said “yes”. I told her I would be calling the corporate office. She stated no need to do that, their prices were different and that is the way it had to be done. I was flabbergasted! She admitted she was fraudulently charging me for chips I would not get. I asked for a way to resolve and was offered no options. I paid for the platters and the chips and left. We had a Christmas party to attend, and I was not going to get any resolution at the subway. It is only an extra $4.57, however it is also the principle! I was fraudulently charged for chips with no reason that made sense to me. WORST experience EVER at a subway! We had a great time together as a family, enjoyed our subs, and really that is all that matters. However I wanted to make you aware of the fraudulent activity at the subway at 1000 County Road 208, Eutaw, AL 35462. The employee working was very kind, but seemed new. The manager, Anisha, was not easy to work with or come to any satisfactory resolution.

Have never had a good experience at sub way...till today!! Clerk was nice and clean and did a great job on our subs!!!! Thank you
