Whoever the manager is, get out a pen and paper and take notes. The service and food was impeccable in my experience here, due to an employee named Quenna. She did everything in an excellent way from start to finish, including maintaining cleanliness of the store, and attention to detail when it came to customer service and the preparation of my sandwich.

However, as a customer I didn't notice this level of job competency with any of the "Managers" or other employees. Maybe try promoting the people that are DOING THEIR JOB and you'll be more wholistically successful.

I've been going to the same subway for about 5 years now. Hands down good overall. Fast people, great cookies, clean store, even when it' hits lunch hour  good people with good conservation makes the sand which quicker. Manger is awesome always makes sure to great me ... she is the best! She has a great crew team!

Jojin Matthew they were laughing. I've seen them make fun of people in wheelchairs. **EVERYBODY CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU  (BBB) AND SHUT THEM DOWN.

Good food, nice workers, good quality. The place could be a bit bigger but it's overall a nice place to stop and eat on the go

The worst subway I visited in my entire life. I went to buy two sandwiches and they keep laughing (at me or not, i don't know about that), I feel humiliated and they keep laughing while they make sandwiches, they might have spit on my sandwich. I feel that's extremely rude behaviour towards a customer and won't return to this location anymore in my life. Even I feel like I won't go to a Subway, will try other fast food restaurants. Goodbye to Subway. If I could have given negative star I will give negative 5.
