rude staff, make up their own menu prices and terms. Redhead acts like shes high on meth. second visit, this time with all new staff. same song and dance. looks like the franchise owner is to blame. will not be returning. *update* I also got food poisoning from this location. I had been sick for 2 weeks with the symptoms occurring right after my meal. Spent 3 days on the toilet alone. Hope you like the health department.

Sandwiches are always good at subway, sometimes the customer service not so nice. They need to see how many people is eating so they can give you more napkins specially with kids. First of all, when they served us they didn't provide us with napkins then when my husband went and ask for more they only gave us 2 for me an my family (4).

I could not believe how rude this Women was to my friend and myself. I ordered what I normally get when I go to Subway chicken bacon ranch melt and this woman for starters she is rushing her self, with everything. It's our trurn to order and I knew what I getting but my friend wasn't so sure she noticed he was indecisive so she asked how can I help you and then heard his response and was like how can I help you or do you need more time? Her tone was just pushy. I ignored it and I asked for my sandwich he asked for his as she got to my sandwich I tell her I want the chicken bacon ranch melt and getting to my meat she did not ask me rather if I wanted it chopped or the whole chicken itself it was a very big piece of chicken the two chicken strip looking like we're obviously needed to be cut up before placed on my sandwich of course I notice it but don't say anything just because of her attitude and how she came off to begin with made me feel uncomfortable to ask her cut my chicken. Then I thought to myself no way I'm paying for this and I'm not going to be satisfied trying to take a bite into my sandwich with a big piece of chicken that I have to cut with my own teeth as I take a bite. So I mentioned it to her after she already had a melt at the cheese on top of the chicken and she flipped out telling me why didn't I tell her before she melted the cheese and I told her excuse me maybe if you're tone on how you approach people that are paying customers to your job we're a little less cuz she and more comforting she would have remembered to ask me rather if I wanted them whole pieces or chopped up. Never going back there again

This place has got to work on their sanitation around food. Every time I go there it seems they sweep debris on top of their food containers behind glass, their workers don't even change gloves between ringing customers up, handling appliances, and taking your order. I've seen their employee drip droplets of sweat on another customer's sandwich while preparing it. This Christmas Friday I got the worst food poisoning after having a breakfast sandwich there, which prompted me to leave this review. It was so bad that my entire body started locking up with strange paralyzing muscle cramps, general body pain, fever, vomit, diarhea, no energy to even breathe - I really thought I was going to die. I spent most of the day hospitalized :( Management, please train your employees on avoiding food contamination!
