A year ago I would have given this location 5 stars.  This location changed employees since then and now it's, check your whole order before you drive off because they seem to screw up every order we place.  The consistency is hit or miss each time.  Sometimes they forget an ingredient in our sandwiches or salads, next time all the lettuce looks like it should have been thrown out weeks ago.  Several times we have ordered cookies and at least one or two looked like they either took a bite out of them or just threw a half a cookie in the bag.  They aren't real people friendly either. Pull up to the speaker to place your order and they sound like you just interrupted their break time!  One time they completely messed up our whole order and we called because we live to far to bring the whole order back to them (which the manager asked us to do), the manager had advised us that if we couldn't bring it back there was nothing they could do! I do like this location because of the drive through, I have a hard time walking, but the crew and manager you had about a year or so ago was 180% better all the way around! That crew never goofed up one single order we ever had and the sandwiches and salads were made perfect! Who ever has this franchise, I'd make changes soon! We've cut our patronage by 3/4 lately.  We're very reluctant to go there now and end up selecting Don & Millies across the street or any of the other restaurants, which is to bad!

I love Subway, but the employees at this location seem to be annoyed with customers coming in. When I walked in one employee was pulling bread out of the oven and greeted me with a "hello", another employee came from the back and I got an eye roll (or something of the sort, she seemed bothered that I was there), she was not personable what so ever and seemed to be lacking any customer service skills. I have seen this employee before and jut thought she was having a bad day. I will not return to this location.

This one kid named Jackson was very disrespectful and the sandwich was horrible I’m never going back to this subway
