The cashier in drive thru was rude. She didn't give you time to say what u wanted before she asked is that it? Paid for order through window she told me 2 have a good day after giving my change but she forget to give me my food. I said excuse me ma'am i need the food she handed it 2 me with an attitude amd shut the window. Not even professional enough 2 say sorry for her mistake. Subway on NORTH STREET is more friendly

They need to hire better competent employees. The minority employees aren't worth their salaries.

One of the best locations I've visited. Fresh food, good service, well-kept dining area and restrooms.

Overall not a bad place to go. The service is sometimes slow, with a lot of eyerolling and sighing, and the bread is stale and hard late at night (but that's to be expected; it's late at night, they aren't making fresh bread by then). But I don't go for spectacular service, I go for a quick sandwich, and on that front I'm never disappointed.
