Waited thirty minutes in drive threw. I decided to call inside. Miss Shirley told me she had to leave and had just gotten back she was about to get the drive threw rolling now. So while she was away, no one bothered to work that area in her absence during lunch time 12 30 pm. Unacceptable!! Waited another 10 for order.... The line was out to Hwy 1........Poor Service Indeed----

This happened on January 25, 2018 at 7:00 pm. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, when I finally got to order, the lady was really disrespectful about my accent. I order a Veggi Delite Sub with avocado on in. I went back because they didn't gave put avocado, the other guy working didn't even bother to solve the problem. The guy basically ignore me and kept serving the other customers. Both the lady and the guy, decide to IGNORE me after I explained them that my order was wrong! The worse service ever, I won't go there anymore, I prefer not to eat Subway in Natchitoches.

Waited thirty minutes for a sándwich never going back again and then they said I had an attitude just because I got angry they wasted my entire lunch break I'll be going to the brand new one by the old burger king instead

Employees were not interested in customer or customer services-,just going through the motions. Toppings were sparse and wilted
