Very clean, well lit, parking lot is usually clean, there is ramps on the side walk for wheelchairs, there is handicapped parking, the lines are usually not very long. There is a slightly wide variety of food and drinks to choose from, like chips, many ingredients for sandwiches, sodas, teas, juices, and there's a soft drink station that's usually well stocked. Bathrooms are very clean but not very well decorated. Really recommend the raspberry cheesecake cookies!

My wife and I were picking up dinner for us and our two teenage boys at home. We came in and ordered. The order totaled around $28 and some change. I handed the girl a $50.00 and she told me she could not accept it. I asked if she realized that I was only owed twenty something bucks, which is not that much money. I then asked her to check with the Manager, who was out of my sight the entire time, and the Manager agreed that a $50.00 bill was unacceptable.There were no signs informing customers that they do not accept bills larger than $20.00. Then they placed the food in the garbage. A waste of our time, a waste of food, and probably a waste of the owners money paying those employees.

Restaurant was nice; the staff was competent and friendly. However, the meatball in the sandwich was  dry and crispy. This was at about 11:30AM. The food should have been fresh at that time of day.

I go in here all the time. There is a manager (?), name is "Tim". He is a great guy. Going in there during lunch it can be crazy busy, be it lobby or drive thru. No matter where, if Tim is doing it my sandwich comes out awesome. Always thought the term "sandwich artist" is silly but after him preparing my sub it now makes sense. I just went in the drive thru (9/20/2017.  12.40pm) got my food. Asked if Tim was in today, was told "no he is off today". Now that I'm sitting here getting into my food it is apparent that Tim is definitely not working today.  So I figured I would write just to say how much I appreciate the work you do to make my lunch as enjoyable as could be expected from a true deli, let alone a subway sandwich shop.   Thank you Tim

Good food. Eat too much. Should get 6" subs rather than foot long. Tuna has always been fresh.
