I come to this store all the time and the employee Eric is the rudest person he was degrading the other employee and almost made her cry. I will no longer come to this store due to him and every customer in line was apauled by his additude. And this is not the first time he has acted like this.

Manager and staff are very unfriendly and impatient. Would not eat at this one. Manager got mad cause she pulled out the wrong bread cause she didn't hear me when I said Italian herbs an cheese and she pulled out Italian... then continued to give attitude while making my sandwich and made it sloppy.

This is a smaller venue yet very good for when you're on the go and need a bite to eat in the Bainbridge area. They are always polite and efficient :-)
