The older lady at the register was very rude to me. I was paying for my order and my friends as well. They were still making his sandwich while cashing me out. I got chips and drinks to make them a meal. Afterward, while their rushing which is a good thing, ( just don't let it affect your customer service) my friend said he wanted cookies and not the chips. So, the older lady snapped back at me telling me this was and inventory item and I must tell her that in the beginning. ( The lady asked them other worker what sandwiches I have and only asked me if I was paying together or not) She never asked me if I even wanted chips or cookies. Afterwards, I guess she caught herself snapping at me, so she told my friend that today he would be getting 3 cookies because one was broken and it was better to give it away then toss it in the trash. So I guess we looked homeless to her, I don't know? I understand people have bad days. But if your way of saying sorry was to give food that you said you would have to trash. I think a simple, I'm sorry I've had a ruff day week whatever. Would of just been fine with me. The food was great and the people who made the food we're great and I'll go back, I just hope moods well change if I meet her again.

I am a vegetarian, so my options at Subway are limited. They have a Simple Six menu where you can choose from a list of six different 6" subs, with a side and drink, for $6. The Veggie Delite, which is the cheapest sub they have, is not included. I asked if I could order one of the included subs, hold the meat, to get the deal. They said no. I pointed out that I would have to spend about 70 cents more to order a la carte. They still said no. I walked out.
