Ok, so this isn't just this location, i'm going to talk about, it's all Subways in general, the slogan "eat fresh" is far from the truth. I went to Subway one day and ordered a sandwich right?,  a couple of hours after i ate it, i started to have severe stomachs ache and diarrhea, it was horrible, then i thought okay maybe it was just the sandwich i ordered. So i went back a few more times to test this theory and for every sandwich or salad i ordered, i had the same results. So i googled  it to find more info and saw that many people had the same, if not worse, symptoms i got from eating it. I then found out that many Subways contain bacteria like salmonella in their meat and there's something going on with the bread. They don't change the food often enough, and it just sits out there. Heck, i went to NY and bought a Subway there, same results. But hey it's up to you if you want to get food poisoning.

All of the times I have gotten food from this establishment in recent history have been good. Options have been fresh, prices have been okay, at least for post-$5-Footlong Subway, and service has been good. The only complaint I have is that, a long time ago-- again, not anytime recent-- I have gotten back service or bad subs. Again, that was a long time ago. Now, it is a good place to get a sub, despite the slightly high prices and mixed history.

They are always busy with a line almost out the door. Staff made u fell rushed and get annoyed if you take to long stating what you want. If its winter eating inside is always cold from the draft of the 2 poorly placed doors. Also I know all Subways are this way but why can the customers have napkins at there reach , if u need more than the 1 or 2 rhey might give you youll have to interupt someone else transacrion to ask for more. The only reason I give 2 stars is the interior decor is nice and modern but then again it is Brecksville.
