I am not in victorville often but I will definately make a stop at this subway when I do again. They served the freshest sandwich I have had compared to any other subway. This is based on my weekly meal at subway. The place was clean as well and plenty of seating.

Fresh food, fast services, and friendly staff.

This location suffers not from lack of desire to make good food however, they lack leadership and consistency. While some staff have no business serving the public, the majority want to do a good job and are eager, but lack direction. There's no clear management presence. This leads to staff becoming paralyzed by indecision and there's little constituency with respect to a standard for making their food. They also seem to let their 2nd string personnel work the closing shift to the negative impact on the guests. You stand a good chance of getting a decent sandwich between the hours of 1400-1800 as this seems to be the sweet spot that most of their rockstar team members work.
