Ordered with the app and scheduled it to be ready by 6. When I got there at 6 there was only one other customer in the store, and yet my order wasn't ready. The woman making my sandwich had an attitude. It sounded like she said there was only cheese on the sandwhich, when I asked she didn't listen and just pointed at my receipt. As if it could show me that she made it right. Got home and saw that she put on mayonnaise instead of ranch. Can't even get a replacement because she never gave me my copy of the receipt. Worst Subway I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot.

I work right around the corner of this location. I'm a customer who goes often. I usually don't leave reviews, but today I was yelled at by a worker. She usually always has the nastiest attitude and always gives looks to the customers. Like if you don't like it get out. I work as a customer service manager, this is not the way you're suppose to act or talk to a customer. They don't have name tags so I don't know her name. But she's short, Latina, and fat. She's probably the oldest one as well.

I ordered a double chicken chopped salad and the employee brought out a dirty white bowl.  I asked if they could clean the bowl or get a clean bowl and they brought out another dirty white bowl.  I don't know what they eat in at home but I don't eat out of dirty bowls.  They did not attempt to clean the bowl.  I left.  I'll never go back to that subway again.
