I went in this morning 8:30 and was greeted with the most cheerful hello I felt right at home. The young lady told me she would be right there as she was in the process of doing something in the kitchen. I looked and decided what I would like and asked if the coupon would qualify for that sandwich and she emphatically said yes it would. So I made my order and as she was preparing to place it in the oven, she even asked if I would like the double cheese since the sandwich normally comes with it and I said yes please. She was such a lovely cheerful young lady. When the sandwich came out of the oven another young lady showed up and the first lady commented that she, the second young lady was early. That lady commented some cheerful in reply but I didn't catch it but I think that it was along the lines that it was no problem since she enjoyed being there. It was easy to see that these two young ladies are friends and work very well together😊 The first lady commented how I would like my sandwich prepared and that is exactly how the second lady prepared it. When she put the Southwestern sause on I asked for a little more and she commented sure no problem very cheerfully. I asked for my sandwich to be cut and wrapped separately and that is what she did for me. Then the first lady rang me up and asked for my coupon and thanked me for coming in. I made the comment that I appreciated the friendly service and told them that I could now write a very friendly comment for them since I had read the comments below and I told them that those comments were not very nice. There was a cowboy behind me and he even commented that this is the friendliest Subway in town. I didn't disagree with him but thought ok now I know that there are at least two friendly subways in town because the Subway over by FEDEX is also a super friendly subway, this one is just closer to my home is all. SO THE MANAGEMENT MUST HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEMS BELOW AND NOW THIS IS A GREAT SUBWAY TO GET YOUR SANDWHICH AT!!!!  THANK YOU FOR READING MY REVIEW.

So I  worked at a subway for 2 yrs as my first job and know how things should go. I call the store to place a call ahead order so my husband can just pick it up. The guy gives me attitude And says i have to download an app to do it online! I said I only need two sandwiches so he's all "since you're already on the phone I guess I can do it" so i place the very simple order of 2 sandwiches that are the exact same minus the bread and toppings. He says it will be ready as soon as we can get to it. So 15 minutes later my husband goes to pick it up and says he's there for the call in spicy Italian order. . The guy says "what?!" over 5 times being smart yelling across the whole store causing customers to leave and complained I didn't leave my name. Because apparently there's so many call ins when u have to use an app not even mentioning that he hung up on me after asking every question in the rudest way possible, EXCEPT my name, just being a smart-ass. The sandwiches were of course wrong with no sauces only veggies even though i asked for them plus extra packs in the bag. ..there were none! My husband said he was so obnoxious people were leaving. I've heard terrible things about the service here and now seen it first hand. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for employees treating their customers this way. Something needs to be done about the actions and inactions of these "employees". PATHETIC!
