WHY SUBWAY BELIEVES CREW MEMBERS THAT ARE PAID VERY LITTLE ARE CAPABLE, WILLING ,ABLE TO RUN A RESTAURANT ALONE WITH NO MANAGER AT ALL IN THE STORE BUT A FEW HOURS A DAY IS CRAZY. PUT KIDS WHO DON'T HAVE ANY CARE OR UNDERSTANDING OF THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOOD SAFETY/QUALITY,CLEANLINESS, AND SERVING EACH GUEST PERFECT TO GROW AND RETAIN BUISNESS IS A POOR BUISNESS PLAN. More expensive than other Subways in area by at least $.25/meal item. Also this subway doesn't honor company deals the same way as other stores. I had a text offer (I do these all the time. See attached photo) of $4.99 for a 6-in Meal Deal. After 6-in sub was made and ready to pay. I was informed at this store the drink wasn't included in the Meal Deal and would cost extra. I decided not to accept or pay and won't return.
