Bad customer service, ordered the new Turkey wrap, they didnt ask what I wanted on it, they put the cheese and lettuce, tomatoes and some other stuff, I told her i didn't want lettuce but spinach, and cucumbers, I was told I couldnt get it because it only came with lettuce and tomatoes and guacamole. I just accepted it, would have been cheaper and better to get a regular sub🙁.

Ridiculous this place is a joke the Spanish lady has a stinking attitude I ordered a spinach turkey wrap it started off by telling me I couldn't get extra meat  then she had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't get certain toppings like I don't know any better don t go to this place at all

Horrible service 
Employees completely skip over you in line and chose whoever they want. Once you actually get to the counter it's always a few employees there doing absolutely nothing yet they take forever to help you. It is not very convenient to be just waiting around when you only got 30 minutes of lunch time. Also they play the most ghetto music ever. Very very unprofessional.

Visited today its very unsanitary. Horrible customer service as well, the employee was very rude. There was a huge fly all over the food and the employee just let the fly be. When I pointed it out the employee got angry and was very rude.

I wouldn't say that I am a "regular" but I do come over once in a while. The level of customer service is excellent. Both Miriam and Alba are highly attentive to the customer. So much so, that they pretty much already know what I want on my sub as I walk through the door. On top of it they are both hilarious. Not once have I walked out of this Subway without laughing. It is nice to be remembered and to have a good time while the sub gets prepared.
