This is a good Subway. I've been eating here a few times a week for the past few years and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The restaurant is clean and well stocked and never out of something I need. The staff is fast, friendly and efficient and does a good job of managing the lunch rush.

Pissed poor service today! I had to raise my voice to get the attention of the first guy in the line to core the bread before putting the tuna on my sandwich. The next guy won't put hardly any spinach tomatoes or onions on my sandwich, yet he put so much salt and pepper on my sandwich that is barely edible! I was not able to eat both half's at same time.

My mother was in a hurry, so to save time i was going to call in an order for her to pick up. I was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for so long she got there before they ever picked back up. In fact during the time of this review I am STILL ON HOLD. It's been.... 11 minutes now. My mom was able to get there, order and leave before they ever picked up. It's now been 13 minutes. I get if it's busy but come back to the phone and say SOMETHING. Whoever worked on 1/31 at 2:30pm needs to be spoken to about this. Unacceptable. Grand total of 14 minutes on hold before I just gave up.
