I was in a rush to go to the airport when I went here and I was in and out in 6 minutes with my tuna sub. I was very impressed with one of the workers, he looked really tired, but he made the neatest and most organized subway sandwich I have ever had in my life. I was very satisfied with my visit to this subway: with the fresh ingredients, speediness of my visit, and presentation of my sandwich.

I'm continuously impressed by how badly this Subway is run. It's a total crapshoot if you're gonna get a good experience or just a total mess. I'm going to give an example of an interaction I just had here.

Customer: Hey do you have pizza?
Employee: No
Other Customer: Yeah they have these flatbread things.
Other Employee: Yes we do
Customer: OK can I have two cheese pizza flatbread things?
Employee: OK what do you want on it?
Customer: Just cheese
Employee: No meat?
Customer: No just cheese.
*Employee proceeds to make one pizza*
Employee (to me): What do you want?
Me: That guy ordered two pizzas.
Employee: Really? Hey, kid, did you order two pizzas?
Customer: Yes
Employee: Shit

I mean, seriously, you can't make this shit up. Doesn't know if you have pizza, doesn't listen when you want cheese, has no idea how many you ordered.

He then proceeded to throw the soggiest end of the tuna on my sub, leaving me with a nice, wet mess. Sure, it's only $3.50 on Fridays, but come on. Depressing.

Some of the employees are great, but the 1-2 bad ones are just ruining it for everyone. It's almost comical how bad it was. 

I will say, I've seen some shit go down in here, and I am sure the employees get abused by drunks and homeless folks. I've seen it. It sucks. So I know it isn't easy.

But also just some basic listening skills would really help.

I'll keep coming here cause, you know... convenient location, cheap Friday tuna subs. But yeesh.
