people on the sandwich line, mother of 4 SITTING DOWN EATING CHIPS.... and I walk in, not too busy, I stand in line... and I wait a few minutes and as soon as the employee asks for my order the mother of 4 stands up and says it's her turn... I step aside...and she doesn't even know what to order... and neither does her 4 kids... meanwhile half the crew disappears.... so I'm standing and waiting and waiting and the employee can see that I'm becoming irritated... because the woman keeps yelling at her kids to order, but they don't know what they want... and every time they say something the lady asks a question... the line starts to build to about 5 people behind me and yet half the crew is gone. Why do they disappear when it gets busy ? I just went to the one on Sepulveda instead and it only had 2 employees and it was just as busy and they were truly pros at it. In and out within 10 minutes. I spent 10 minutes in line, with nearly triple the employees at the Manhattan Beach one.

always a line. sometimes they use too little sauce or too much of something else. just common mistakes caused by individual employees.
