We were in today, 5/24/18 on my husband's lunch hour & they had 3 new people handling the front line, normally the service here is okay. Today we walked out, after waiting in line & finally making it up to order the gal took out my bread & then walked away with out a word & disappeared. Being as we were there on a lunch break before my husband had to get back to work, it was very rude. My bread layed on the little white table & a young man who was sweeping outside then came in & was doing trash, came over looked at my unmade sandwich, shook his head looking around & with out saying a word walked away as well. So at that point we left! FYI: Subway why do you not have your employees wearing a mask? As I watched one server cough over the food & then serve it! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK IN !!!

Just ate here. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. The place was a mess behind the counter, the wraps that were on our sandwiches appeared to be reused, there were no napkins and when we asked, we never got any. We finally went to the bathroom to see if we could get some paper towel, but they were out too. The guy who waited on us looked like he might be on meth, but I hope that wasn't true. When we arrived, there were people sitting around waiting to even get in line. They did have a large order up, but that was apparently a carry out. The guy (same one) was mad and stated "I've worked in this hell hole before and I hated it then. He went in the back room and slammed stuff around, then came back in a bit better mood. I won't return to that location, I assure you.

Everytime we go there to eat they are out of the bread we want - and it's usually still early! I can understand an occasional outage, but don't advertise bread you can't offer because you know you repeatedly don't make enough of it. Very frustrating! Other than that, the sandwich makers are always very nice, friendly and accommodating.

Even though they only had 1 worker during lunch hour because someone didn't show he did great. He was friendly, greeted everyone as they walked in, and made sure that he thanked everyone for coming. He apologized for the wait and thanked customers for waiting.

Would of given you a 5 star just for the fact that I enjoy subway.... Buy what I don't appreciate is when a "manager/supervisor" is on their personal phone and not helping their crew when they are backed up...
