Horrible customer service, manager is rude. Subway was unresponsive to the complaint I filed, twice. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Employees are very rude and soo unprofessional at 183rd i was there yesterday and actually witness this ghetto employee actually come from behind the counter and attack a lady customer, i feel people like this dont need to work with the public tjis employee needs to be fired and prosecuted for actions,i hope that lady presses cgarges againgst this employee and holds this stoe owner accountable for his employees behavior and attack!!!! I will never step foot in this subway ever agan!!!!

I walked out of there twice because they were there was like 6 people workers there that we're doing other things and they wouldn't even help me I stood there for 10 minutes before someone finally came up and said hey give him a hand and then the lady said no and I just walked out and then another time I went in there and I was standing there and staying in there and stand there I was the only one in line and I finally said forget it and I just walked out the third time wasn't so bad I went in there and three people were in there two of them were counting money and one was making herself a sandwich finally had to wait for her to finish her sandwich and then they gave it gave me mine not so good experience and the food wasn't that good
