This store has been fair to mediocre for years.  I finally saw a notice posted in the store that said due to Seattle and KC politics, soda tax, and all other business related taxes was why they could not offer any specials .
First off, the Subway on the south end offers specials and they are in no different a situation as you, except you have far more foot traffic.  Second, you have NEVER offered any specials or offers at your store, so don't use politics as an excuse for you to be a cheap ass owner

I wish I could give it negative stars...Horrible service...and this guy closes it whenever he wants...8..9..9:30..whenever it's convenient. I think the 10 PM closing time on Google is more of a joke... never found it open past 9:45...this is a prime example of how to drive customers away

Always very polite and ready to help. I go for lunch and only have 30 mins and I always have time to drive back and eat my food, so they are very convenient when it's lunch time in this neighborhood
