I went and they said they need to clean so they will not serve me for 1 hour. Definitely not 24 hour service . Either the employee are lazy or the company just wants to lie. So if you want to have a late night meal better go to McDonald's or KFC ..... Better not go to subway in Budapest cos they just want to pretend to be 24/7
A young girl by the name of Orsa was extremely rude to us, from taking the order to handing us the food just extremely impolite, we first thought it’s maybe because it was the end of her shift but when two locals came in she changed completely and was very welcoming. we liked the food and would come back otherwise. if you are a tourist, don’t expect nice treatment from her.
The good is great there was a new worker she was a bit slow
02.5.2022. 12,20h: The staff is super friendly, great service. Changed gloves twice to serve vegan food and not mix it with meat. All that with a smile on the face. I recomend this fast food.
I love that they are always open. I don't really eat in fast food restaurants but it's great when your plane arrives late. I can always count on them,they sell gluten free bread and make extra care not to cross contaminate. Staff is always different but all of them are always kind and friendly. Never disappointed here. Vegetarian options: They offer gluten free and vegetarian, vegan options.
The male staff was plainly rude. The female staff was better. However, upon ordering they informed that they do not take cash and only card. Weird.
Loved going to this subway but I recently had the worst customer experience. The employee by the name of Orsa was extremely rude, condescending and unfriendly. Terrible at making my usual sandwich unlike the other employees of this place.
The lettuce they used on the bread was brown, and the refillable cup machine was out of order so I could not get a drink when I tried. When I asked for a bottle instead, they just kept telling me it will only take a few more minutes. I left after 15 minutes without the drink I payed for.
The worst service ever! Staff behaving very disrespectful! Staff whipping their nose with hands while making my sandwich! Dirty!!! AVOID EATING THERE!!!
The girl working here was making 5 sandwiches in 40 minutes. The guys in front of us laughing with her while we were waiting. We didn’t say nothing and when we order we are really nervous. The girl after this let out sandwiches get cold and start making the other customers sandwiches. We spend 50 minutes at least and we just left. If the store was mine I would send her home!
