The employees do not work with a sense of urgency during a rush period. At noon they had 2 inexperienced employees working. Took more than 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Very poorly run. No manager on duty during the lunch rush. Very unhappy. Will probably not return. Every time I’ve come here they take an extremely long time to make your food.

I ordered turkey and ham. Across the usa this has not been a problem. There has never been a surcharge for the ham. Ive been from salem or to key west and NEVER an upcharge. This store charged 3 dollars for ham even tho they carry turkey/ham sanwiches. I have to agree wirh the 80%that say this is the worst subway.

This Subway is by far the worst out of all three Subways in Carson City. The employees always look like they’re on drugs, they are almost always out of stock on chips, lettuce, oregano chicken etc. they always blame it on the delivery truck not showing up but all the other Subways never seem to have this problem. The store is being run into the ground and I highly recommend going to a different location.

I can understand when you are busy and have a line of customers, but that in no means you have to dilute your customer service. Eye contact and...verbal communication can go a long way... it doesn’t take that much Acknowledgement  and a use of little kindness. For someone who frequents this establishment I was very disappointed.
