If I could give this subway a zero I would. Let me explain. First off, I work near by and have been for over 10 years. I have been to this subway more times that I could count. I do not recall ever seeing a person other than a Caucasian person working at this subway. What is wrong with this picture? The customer service is just not there. In the last couple of years it has been more apparent of the "non hiring" of anyone other than a Caucasian person. I have a couple of friend and a couple of family members who applied while a hiring sign is on the door", they were never called for an interview. My friends and family members that applied are African American. One of them in particular walked in the door and asked for the manager to ask the manager for an interview and the manager wouldn't even come from the back of the store. I bet you think I am African American, BUT I am a professional Caucasian woman and my family members who applied are of mixed races. I always get the same sandwich every single time I go to this subway. Tuna on 6" Italian bread. They used to put two full regular scoops of tuna on my bread, but for months now I have been upset that they don't even fill the scoop with the tuna. It doesn't even reach the top of the scoop anymore and so I end up eating bread with my tuna each time I get my sandwich. Now they want to ask me if I want to pay .50 cents or .75 cents for "more meat". How convenient that they don't put enough tuna now, but want more money to add what should be on the sandwich in the first place AND which is it, .50 cents or .75 to get more meat that I should get already? No one gives me the same price each time. I know the game, put less meat and charge extra for more, this is the game to increase revenue sales. Today was the LAST STRAW, I am done with this subway. Besides the "NON" smiling faces that I encounter each time, I literally hate going to this subway any more. It is most convenient for me to go to this subway during work, but I promise I will go out of my way to get a subway sandwich before I will go back here. Not worth the mood it puts me in. Oh by the way, almost NO cookies and the reason given was she hasn't had time to put more in the oven. This was at 12:00 noon. Seriously? Say that at 2pm and maybe just maybe that would have been believable. *****After 10 months, I decided to go get me a sandwich. Tuna as usual. I was greeted with a happy face and although was asked if I wanted to pay for extra meat, she put the amount of tuna that "should" be on the sandwich in the first place. Thank you! Only change I still haven't seen is more hiring diversity. Looking forward to see that happen as well.

This is by far the worst managed subway I have ever been too. First let me say that the girl working Cassandra was a fantastic employee not only did she make my wife a terrific sandwich but also did it with a smile on her face great worker! Now the reason for the 1 star is because she has literally worked alone all day/ nite. I came in on my lunch break and she was there ALONE! Then my wife came after her shift at the hospital THAT NIGHT and once again she was Alone! Why is it that there are over 10 customers both times visiting today yet she isn't able to get any help. There is a bar right next door and they have this poor girl working alone not only is that CHEAP but also very unsafe. My wife was so impressed with her work that she tipped her 100 dollars just to find out from our niece a former employee at this SAME STORE THAT THE TIP DOESNT EVEN GO TO HER BUT TO THE STORE!?!! This young girl worked so hard and I wish her the best of luck because her bosses must be the most inconsiderate/cheapest business owners I have ever come across COME ON!

Place is always clean. The staff is pleasant and gives you what you want on your sub.

When I was there on a Sunday afternoon, the girl working the station was by herself, it was a shame. I had to wait almost 30 min to get a sub.
