This encounter left a lasting negative impression, and I feel compelled to escalate the matter to corporate. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your brand. I strongly believe that steps should be taken to address this issue, including possible termination of the employee involved. Read before you get delivery from this location: I ordered one footlong on GrubHub and I got my order within a couple minutes of it being left on the porch and while the bag was sealed by my receipt, I noticed an ant crawling inside the wrapper. I questioned eating it before I even heard the buzzing sound and saw a fly crawl from inside the sandwich. the sandwich it’s self was on top of a white paper then wrapped in the subway sandwich wrap so I have no idea how these insects got into my sandwich if not from the location itself. threw it away and got a full refund
Pretty consistent chain, usually don’t have any problems but I just found a twist tie, like a plastic bread tie, in my sub. So that’s obviously a problem.Food: 2/5
I've been to this Subway at least 4 times in the last month and ordered the same meal. Each time they charged me a different amount from 8 to almost 16. My last meal, the highest priced, didn't even include chips and a drink. It was just the sub. The quality of each meal also varies greatly. Disappointed.
Peter's creek road beside JD Byrider is the best an most consistent Subway I think.they do a great job an always clean.

Fresh food, and very clean. The parking lot could use more light especially since it's in an area where homeless normally gather. Cross the street at Kroger The staff are a little slow fixing the food and complain a good bit about other customers and online ordering that is why I gave 4 stars not 5. Other than that great place to eat! I do recommend coming here.
I went into the towers store to order a 4 inch tuna sub. I was told that only came in turkey and she called out one more. I said I come in here all the time and the one on 419 location and i always got the 4 inch sub .the lady was going to do it for me the manger came out and said that does not come in a 4 inch she was very unprofessional and rude about the issue i ask to speak to her boss she wrote a number on a plastic wrap papper with no name on it gave it to me. I told the other girl sorry you just lost your tip because of your manager
Came around 730, had most of the items put up said they were out of meatballs. Seems to me they were putting stuff up early and didnt wanna get it outFood: 1/5
