My sub was not made beautifully. She put a whole lot of avocado with just very little sauce. The avocado didn’t taste fresh as well. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other subway that I have been too but this one right here just needs to reevaluate who y’all hire. My Dr Pepper had no gas. It was so gross. I called to see if they can do anything because I couldn’t even eat my sub, and no answer. They weren’t even closed yet. Im very disappointed and will not be going back. $12 to the trash.

This Subway store (I-20 & Great Southwest Pkwy in south Grand Prairie) is in management transition.  They are frequently out of basic ingredients such as tomatoes, spinach, onions, meats, only had plain white rolls, no cookies.  On my last visit new manager and 2 customers were arguing about these on going issues.  Made for very unpleasant dining experience.

Quality of the food went down. Doesn't taste as good as 5 years ago.

My first time coming to this location and it was wonderful! The customer service was friendly and felt welcomed! I'll be back again!
