Ate in here everyday for a week while I was working next door. Spend over $100 in subs. They made a mistake and put so much mayonnaise on it I couldn't wipe it all off with a napkin. I very politely asked them to fix it. The guy got an attitude and wouldn't make a new one or pay my money back. After being in there every day straight. Worst customer service and rudest guy I've ever had to deal with at a subway. I know they're independently owned, but I would think they could be a little accommodating after coming there everyday all week. Go across the street to the other subway!

Only been open a few months, bake their pwn bread and you tell them what you want on your sandwich: lots of meats,cheeses vegetables and a galore of condiments, Great coupons come in the mail!

You have to ask for double veggies just to get a normal serving for a salad. It's a salad! It's supposed to have veggies! All I asked for was vinegar and salt and pepper and they gave me very little of that! Seriously?

03/04/2016 A customer in front of me was unhappy with the time it took to get service (one employee making sandwiches while the other restocked) and politely asked for information to contact the manager. An older white lady missing most of her teeth and a younger black female on her first day both refused to offer the information requested. I have to describe them as neither had a name tag. The customer was unhappy but polite until they refused to give her the information she requested. The encounter escalated to the point where the employees exhibited rudeness and sarcasm and even told the customer "we get paid enough, we don't need your money...bye." WOW an employee on her first day actually said this to a customer. Two customer waiting in line left, as would I have except I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had used most of that watching this spectacle and with the customers that left I moved to the front of the line. Neither employee offered an apology which would have been an excellent start to addressing her complaint but rather made excuses and took her complaint as an attack rather than an observation. A sincere "I'm sorry" can go a long way to defusing what can and did in this case turn into a horrible example of customer service and the disrespect shown to a customer trying to spend money.

Dishonest management!!! If your 6" bread happens to be longer than 6", they cut off the extra and throw it away rather than give you the extra. Never seen a subway with such distain for their customers.
