Very frustrated. There was a line of maybe 8 people. The employee just kept chatting the day away with someone probably from highschool and decided to make the sandwiches slowly. One woman looked at me and said " I don't think I've ever seen someone work so slow"Over 5 customers walked out including us. He did apologize for the wait and then said "that's what happens when your co-workers decide to play hide". It's pretty pathetic that NO ONE came out to help this employee... Might wanna have a meeting about that... Didn't waste my time and went to D'angelos.

I am not sure if my review counts because I am employed here, but I will say that we appreciate each and every one of our customers. We try to make your visit as comfortable as possible. And our food is fresh as is our freshly baked bread. So come on down grab a bite, I look forward to seeing you!

Very frustrated! I conveniently ordered 2 platters online, paid for them, came to pick them up at the time I reserved them for, only to learn the 2 employees working at the time didn't know there was a platter order. I sat there for 35 minutes while they called a manager and made the sandwiches while I waited. The employees were apologetic and nice, but I am not happy with the lack of communication or compensation for the inconvenience. I should have been offered a credit or free chips & drinks or delivery! I should have been home prepping for the 15 guests that were about to descend upon me but instead I sat in Subway WAITING. I had to rush home to finish cleaning and prepping for guests. Not happy with the management!!!

Always friendly and fast.  Usually clean inside.  Parking can be a bit tight sometimes but there's overflow areas to park.

Great food! No doubt. Friend of mine worked there but has since left  customer service could use some work, otherwise very good guys!
