Awful!!! I ordered online came to pick up the sub and the cashier grabbed my sandwich asked me to sign and the pen wasn't working and then, grabbed a pen and i went to check my sandwich and she stated they don't have vinegar but, they have vinegar packages and gave me some. Then, i asked if they heated up my sub like i asked on my special request she stated no we didn't because we don't pay attention to stuff like that, went to grab my sub back from me, pulling on my sandwich, stating they can make another one i advise no thank you she insisted i advised i will be late for lunch she then, issued an apology and told me they will now check to make sure there is no special request on the orders now. i called back and spoke to Isiah he answered the phone with a yes, and I asked the lady that made my sandwich name he said I'm at the front now. The customer service here needs to be fired. They are the worst. i will contact corporate.

Avoid this subway like the plague. Incredibly rude staff...With many other subways nearby there's no point in going here. They don't need your business here and will yell at you for parking incorrectly outside....Lol. Avoid!

I guess I caught them on a good day, dropped in today on a late lunch at 3:00. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, ordered the footlong steak and cheese, toasted, and everything was done as I asked. I had a good experience, but ymmv pending so many negatives.
