Placed an order at drive-thru for cookies.  Waited over 25 minutes to make it to the drive-thru window, when I got there I was informed they did not have any cookies because they had to wait on the front first.
I did not appreciate the long wait and not being informed you could not fill my order.  My business didn't count.

Don't go through the drive thru and expect quick service. Just go inside and order it will be faster!

I only gave a one because you can't give a zero. The staff there is very unprofessional and the manager needs to be replaced. She have people who is not employed there serving customers. Any and everyone is allowed behind the counter. Behind the counter and the floors were filthy.

Came to order the new sandwich Mediterranean Chicken. They forgot to order Feta cheese...2 highlighted items and they don't have the ingredients??
Sat eating with the constant noise of a buzzer going off.  Just not what you look for as a break in the day.
