My husband and I stopped in here for breakfast on our way out of town. The girl who was opening this day, was horrible, she did not great us, the first words out of her mouth was, the toaster is down, I cant toast your subs. She then sold us the combo with a fountain drink request. Every soda was empty, to which she replied " do you really want that?" well yes! We just paid for it. She could NOT change out the soda syrup in the back, and asked my husband a PAYING CUSTOMER to do it for her. When I called to speak to the manager, Norma - she rudely cut me off, to apologize that it was her fault the soda was not refilled, as they are girls and they cannot change it out with out a man to do so. She stated she put up a "out of order" sign, and I told her there was no sign and that the girl should have told us that, to which the MANAGER of this Subway- raised her voice " Ma'am I am trying to explain it to you!" The entire team of this subway has put me off completely, please, go to another location and get your moneys worth of good customer focused team.
