I tried to use my gift card and the staff bluntly said i could not use it cuz i didn't have code(?) or something. They did not tell me how to make it work but just to use cash instead. The staff needs to be trained in more professional way.

Preparation of sub is very bad they spoiled my sub with lot of hot sauce.i advice preparer cloud little cautious while preparing.unnecessary wasting lot food and sauce.

I have to give the staff here credit, they accidentally shorted me on my change. I didn't realize it until I was in the laundry place next door getting quarters. I went back, told them what happened and while they didn't give me my money back right away, they said they would count the drawer and check the security tape to double check. They took my number and called back within 15 minutes to let me know that I was right and that they had my change at the register. I work in customer service myself and this is exactly the way I'd expect the situation to be handled - understanding, patient, and fair. They didn't assume I was right or wrong - they checked but were polite about it. I respect that and would recommend this place based on the service. Subways are a dime a dozen but this place is run well.

excellent location to grab a quick sandwich, this sub way is clean in side and the workers are very nice -and always a smile - i order on the phone and pick up sometimes never a problem -they always have my lunch - right never a miss - thanks
