It's your typical Subway experience, except no one ever smiles. I'm not fully convinced that the people working here aren't robots. If this wasn't the only cheap lunch in downtown Frederick, I'm fairly certain this store would have closed by now.

It was closed when it was supposed to be open. Now I have to go to another subway to get food. Said open at 8 am got here 8:40 am and it was closed.

This place is the worst , you gotta buy something in order to use the restroom??? And the cashier had headphones in when I was ordering and I was currently paying and he was touching his phone . Really??!! Very bad customer service

only rating this place a one due to non public bathrooms. you must purchase something in order to relieve yourself of excess toxins in that momrnt of emergency that you are not able to make it to your throne causing you to lower your pride and honor of using something of filth.
