Friendly service.  Downside is you can expect lines most times of day because it is one of the few places to eat.

Horrible service. I picked an online order up on time, they had microwaved it. So it was all a soggy mess. Had about 5 meatballs on a footlong the rest sauce despite ordering extra meat. They need to put meatballs on sandwiches, not spaghetti sauce. Fresh ain't the word.
